Yes, in addition to English, we offer selected masterclasses and coaching services in Latvian, Russian, and German. Our materials are primarily developed in English, but we can provide translation and facilitation in these additional languages. When requesting a program in a language other than English, please mention this early in our discussions to ensure we assign appropriately fluent facilitators.

For masterclasses:

• Cancellations 30+ days before: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations 15-29 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations 0-14 days before: No refund
• Rescheduling is possible with at least 14 days notice

For coaching sessions:

• Cancellations 48+ hours before: No charge
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before: Full session charge
• Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours notice
